Camping holiday in a tent, nature is very close, it's a real holiday. You cannot find a cheaper form of holiday, especially if you combine it with the bicycle.

You will find peace of mind when you experience the silence of nature in the morning or in the evening. If you want to travel light and want to experience everything up close with everything it entails and preferably only with a tent cloth that shields you from nature.

The orange tents are pitches specifically for tents. But tents can of course be booked on all our sites.

Where else can I sleep in a tent at Horsens City Camping.
You also have the option of pitching your tent on one of the numbered pitches on the rest of the campsite.
It costs the same with a tent as with a caravan. You choose e.g. one of the fantastic places in the 1st row with a view over Horsens Fjord. From these pitches you can enjoy the sunset over one of the most beautiful fjords in East Jutland

If you don't have your own tent, you can rent one from us. We have a family tent ready for you .

Covered pool area with heated water
A nice covered pool that is heated to at least 27 degrees is just more fun!

Although our pool area is located in Denmark, the water is always at least 27 degrees and bad weather does not exist - the pool area is covered by a large glass roof. There is room for children and adults of all ages here – and you are guaranteed family camping in East Jutland of the highest quality.

Have fun with children in the very child-friendly pool. Only guests of the campsite have access to the pool.

A tent holiday is a real camping holiday close to nature and with lots of fun.If you are on a cycling holiday in Jutland or you do not have the opportunity to drive a caravan after your car, you can take an affordable overnight stay on our special tent pitch if you bring the tent yourself.

The tent area is wonderfully sheltered up in the forest and you have access to all the same facilities as the other campers. In the tent area, the pitches are not numbered. It is not possible to have a car with the area, so your car must be parked in the car park by the reception.

There is no power connection in the tent area. If you only need to charge your phone, you can do it in the TV room or the kitchen. However, it is not permitted to connect coolers etc. in the TV room or the kitchen. You can exchange your cooling elements for free at reception.

Camping in a tent for families with children
You can also choose one of our child-friendly spaces if you are camping with children. The area with child-friendly camping is fantastic for tent camping, close to service buildings, close to the pool and lots of shelter and sunshine.
