AQUA in Silkeborg is Northern Europe’s largest freshwater aquarium and vast park with lots of fun animals and the town’s best playground with water games, wilderness path, bonfire area and barbecue etc.
Bring your own food to the barbecue or eat in Storkereden, where sandwiches, salads and children’s menus etc. are available. We have lots of benches and a covered area where food you have brought with you can be enjoyed.
There is a daily programme of activities including feeding the animals and in the school holidays’ one can learn to dance the otter dance and much more.
